The color of black wolfberry soaked in water will produce different colors such as blue or purple due to the different PHP values of the water quality. This is because black wolfberry is rich in anthocyanins. Tap water brewing turns blue (alkaline water) and mineral water brewing turns purple (neutral water). Drink it directly, brew 5-6 times, and all the effective nutrients in black wolfberry will be leached until the water turns white.
