Therefore, Zhi Ke is used to treat diseases of the chest, diaphragm, skin and hair, while Shi is used to treat diseases of the heart, abdomen, spleen and stomach. They are similar. Zhu Gong's "The Book of Living People" says that to treat lumps, it is advisable to use Platycodon and Zhi Ke Decoction first. It is not used to treat lumps under the heart. Therefore, Zhi Shi is used to benefit the chest and diaphragm, and Zhi Ke is used to benefit the intestines and stomach. However, Zhang Zhongjing used Zhi Shi as the main medicine for treating chest obstruction and fullness. All prescriptions were used to treat blood, hemorrhoids, dysentery, large intestine obstruction, and tenesmus. Zhi Ke was also used for general use. Therefore, Zhi Shi is not only used to treat low, and Zhi Ke is not only used to treat high. From Feimen to Pomen, the lungs are in charge of the three. Jiao and Jiao are connected, and they are just one Qi, so the two substances can be separated, and there is no harm if they are not separated. When wind, cold and dampness enter the two meridians, the skin will itch, or be painful, or numb. This medicine has the function of bitterness, purging, and dispersing, and can also lead all wind medicines into the two organs. Therefore, it is necessary to treat wind. Once the wind evil is dispersed, the joints will naturally be clear. It can treat cough due to fatigue and fatigue in the back and shoulders. It also refers to the stagnation of lung qi and cough due to the stagnation of lung qi when the wind and cold are stagnant in the upper part of the body. The "Classic" says: The bitter air of the lung goes up against the wind. , eat bitter food to drain it, and bitter taste of Citrus aurantium can drain the high qi, so it is the main one. Moreover, the lung and large intestine are exterior and interior. When wind evil enters the lung, it will enter the large intestine, and the wind and heat will fight each other and cause intestinal wind and blood. The bitter and cold qi that drains down will clear the blood heat and eliminate the wind. Its main functions are to disperse the phlegm stagnation in the chest and diaphragm, expel water, eliminate bloating and fullness, and calm the stomach, which are all the same as Citrus aurantium, but its qi is slightly slower. ""Nowadays, it is often used to treat women's fetal restlessness, or as a remedy for easy delivery in August or September. It is used at will, but it is not known that women's pregnancy depends entirely on qi and blood to nourish the fetus. If the qi and blood are sufficient, the fetus will be easy to deliver. Moreover, pregnant women in August and September are mentally sleepy, their limbs are weak, their appetite decreases, and they are short of breath. Isn't this a symptom of weakness, and why use this dissipating medicine?"

However, "Ben Jing" mainly treats strong wind in the skin, such as itching caused by sesame seeds, and removes cold and heat. Only Fructus aurantii with the core removed is suitable. Itching is caused by wind, and cold and heat are caused by numbness.
