Grind it into powder and apply it dry. It can dry out dampness, remove wind and brighten the eyes. Pick frost-covered leaves and boil them into a decoction to wash your eyes, remove wind and tears; wash your hands and feet, and remove rheumatism. Mulberry leaves and black sesame seeds are divided into equal parts, and made into honey pills, called Fusang pills, which can remove dampness and wind, blacken the beard and brighten the eyes. Grind them into powder to stop night sweats. There was a monk in Yanzhou who would sweat all over his body every time he went to bed. By dawn, his clothes and quilts were all soaked, and he could not be cured for 20 years. The abbot taught me to pick mulberry leaves with dew on them, dry them, grind them into powder, and take two coins of them with empty rice water. He recovered in a few days. It can be used as tea to stop thirst."
"Ben Jing Feng Yuan" says: "Mulberry leaves clear the lungs and stomach, remove wind and brighten the eyes. Take the frost and boil it in water to wash away wind and tears. Take it with black sesame honey pills for a long time, and your hair will not turn white, and you will not age and prolong your life. "Ben Jing" says to eliminate cold and heat and sweat, which is what "Da Ming" says about steaming and pounding to treat wind pain and sweating. Boiled and drunk, it benefits the five internal organs, clears the joints and lowers the qi. Boiled and drunk with wine, it can cure all kinds of wind.
